KRISTI ROMACK-EDDINGS

KRISTI ROMACK-EDDINGS is co-owner and officer of the affiliated companies. Involved in commercial real estate for 20 years, Kristi has experience in all facets of the real estate process such as sales, leasing, property management and supervision of tenant improvements. Successfully negotiating multi-million dollar projects, Kristi handles projects from beginning to end including land acquisition, financing, development, construction, leasing and disposition. Kristi has extensive experience in handling properties for GSA, FDIC, RTC and various lending institutions.

I.H.H., LLC is a limited liability company established in December , 2006 for the purpose of developing the Heritage Farms subdivision and currently holds the upper valley land for this project. Kristi Eddings is the managing member of I.H.H., LLC. Affiliated companies are Sterling Assets, Inc. and Sterling Real Estate, LP.

STERLING ASSETS, INC., established in 1994, is a full service commercial real estate company. Some of their clients included Columbia Healthcare, Chase Bank, Amresco Management, including both management and leasing of their respective properties. Sterling Assets developed, constructed and owned the Texas DHS building of approximately 48,000 sq. ft. in northeast El Paso, Texas. Sterling’s first development was a multi-tenant office building of approximately 4,800 sq. ft. in El Paso, Texas, which it holds to date.

STERLING REAL ESTATE, LP, established in 1999, owns and manages a multi-tenant office building of approximately 14,227 sq. ft. in El Paso Texas.
